Blair A. West, CEO, Crusader Financial Group; Chairman, CFG Board of Directors

Mr. West is CEO and founder of CFG, and has almost 20 years of Investment Banking and Corporate Finance experience. Previously, Mr. West worked at the global investment bank Credit Suisse First Boston in New York City, where he was responsible for making both debt and equity investments, and at Barnett Bank in Tampa, Florida in its Corporate Banking Division. At CFG, Mr. West oversees the firm's overall operations, particularly its merger and acquisition and capital markets activities.

Mr. West also oversees CFG's strategic planning services efforts with clients. Mr. West earned his Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois and his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business, Chicago, Illinois. Mr. West holds the Series 7, Series 24, Series 28, Series 63 and Series 66 securities licenses. He is also a registered Real Estate Broker in the State of New York.
